Terms of Service
The conditions you accept when you use our service.
Parties
This agreement is made between Yazılım Koçu (hereinafter "we") and the person or organization using the service (hereinafter "you"). SendNomi is an email delivery service provided by Yazılım Koçu.
Service
SendNomi provides email delivery infrastructure, marketing automation and developer tools. The scope of the service may change over time; we will inform you.
Account
- Keeping your account secure is your responsibility.
- You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- You are responsible for all activity carried out through your account.
Acceptable Use
You may not use the service to:
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk mail
- Distribute unlawful content
- Process personal data without explicit consent
- Attempt to bypass the system’s technical restrictions
Violation of these rules may result in suspension of your account.
Pricing
We operate on a monthly subscription model. The free plan includes 1,000 sends per month. Higher plans are listed on the pricing page in the panel. You can cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect in the next billing period.
Availability
We target a monthly average of 99.9% availability. When a service disruption occurs it is reported on our status page. In case of an SLA breach, a service credit is applied to your subscription.
Data
We described how we process your data in the KVKK Notice. Your data is processed on servers located in Türkiye.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service. For direct damages, our total liability does not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months.
Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days’ written notice. In case of a breach of the agreement, termination may be immediate.
Changes
When we update these terms, the date changes. For significant changes we give 30 days’ notice.
Disputes
The Courts and Enforcement Offices of İstanbul have jurisdiction over disputes arising from this agreement. Turkish law applies.
