Residency. Data residency grows more critical every day in terms of KVKK and VERBİS obligations. Cross-border data transfer agreements and audit reports are a cost that delays the decision for corporate buyers.
Turkish support. When something goes wrong, getting a Turkish, technical response to a technical support message written in Turkish — even this simple need often isn’t met by foreign channels.
