Data Collected on This Website
- Contact form. The details you submit — full name, company (optional), email address, subject and your message — so that we can respond to your request.
- Mail-score test. The test requires no sign-up; you only share the email address the report is sent to. Test data is auto-deleted within 48 hours: the score and breakdown are retained, the mail body is purged. Public shareable report URLs never show your email address. You can request deletion at any time (GDPR Article 17).
- Analytics. Optional analytics is loaded only with your consent, chosen in the cookie banner. Without your consent, no analytics or marketing cookies are loaded. See the Cookie Policy.

Retention Periods
- Account data: duration of the active account + 2 years
- Transaction and log records: 1 year
- Financial records: 10 years (legal requirement)
- Mail-score test data: deleted within 48 hours (score and breakdown retained, mail body purged)
- Cookie consent preference: 12 months
Your Rights
Under GDPR Articles 15–21 you have the right to:
- Access your personal data and obtain information about how it is processed
- Have inaccurate data rectified
- Have your data erased
- Restrict processing
- Receive your data in a portable format
- Object to processing
