How does your KVKK compliance work?
The infrastructure is KVKK-compliant. The in-panel VERBİS assistant calculates your exemption / registration obligation in 5 questions; a contact form and legal response flow for the Turkish Data Protection Board are built in. On the Enterprise plan, every send produces a hash-chained audit entry and a dedicated support engineer handles data controller management.
Do you use a third-party infrastructure?
Our delivery, mailbox and panel code is entirely our own — we run our own self-hosted mail server. For channels like SMS / WhatsApp we integrate with providers, but delivery reputation and data control remain with us.
How do plan changes work?
Upgrades are instant; downgrades apply in the next billing period. There are no automatic tier jumps; when you exceed a limit you are notified in writing first and your approval is taken. Your right to cancel within the contract period is always reserved.
Is support really 24/7?
On the Enterprise plan, yes — 11-minute median response and engineer-level access. Other plans commit to a 24-hour response in Turkish. Measurement results are published in a monthly report.
Can I build my own templates?
Yes. The Turkish visual editor is drag-and-drop, no code required. You define your brand’s color palette, font and logo once; all templates adapt automatically. If you prefer to work on the code side, HTML/MJML support is also open.
What’s needed for API and webhook integration?
Your API key is ready the moment you open an account. You can make your first send with a single HTTPS request. For webhooks you get a signature verification key; retries run for 72 hours at exponentially increasing intervals. SDK support is active in 4 languages.
Can I migrate my list with a high bounce rate?
This service is offered on the Enterprise plan — we clean the list together; automatic validation runs and separates invalid, risky and junk addresses. The cleanup makes your warm-up safe. On other plans, providing a clean recipient list is your responsibility; panel tools (inbox tester, email verify) help.
Do I have to use the other Nomi Ecosystem products?
No. SendNomi is a fully functional product on its own. It can work integrated with the other Nomi products (VibeNomi, VoiceNomi, AdsNomi), but that choice is yours. When switching between ecosystem products, the same account, same invoice, same support line stay valid.
