Transparent rules
- When you exceed plan quota, paid credits are burned first; once exhausted, the Shop CTA appears — no silent overage charges.
- Recurring add-ons auto-renew monthly. You may cancel anytime; no refunds for the current period.
- If you have active recurring add-ons, you must cancel them before downgrading your plan.
- Free plan has a soft +10% tolerance: send is blocked after 1,100 emails.
- Prices exclude VAT. Annual billing applies an additional 20% discount per product.
- Sendnomi is NOT an e-Invoice integrator. Keep using your own integrator (Nilvera/İzibiz/Foriba/Logo/Paraşüt etc.); we are the secure archive inbox + search + audit gate for the invoices it issues.
